Prepare the Package
Ensure the products are unused and in their original packaging, including all seals and protective wraps to qualify for a refund.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After a quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
